Very good service. Mr Mario was very kind. He explained everything he did and showed me the photos when he finished the job. He took his time, not in a hurry to finish it…He wanted to make sure he left everything perfect. Recommended 100%.
Saw their ad in an issue of Home Concepts and decided to give them a call since we'd just moved recently. Turns out they had availability for the same day and arrived shortly after I called. Unfortunately they did not give me any notice that they were on their way, basically showing up unannounced. This was a little inconvenient but nothing to get upset over. The two gentlemen who I greeted were extremely kind, friendly, and professional. They did a free inspection in the attic and showed me pictures and a video, and the vents were actually quite clean already from before we moved in. They told me basically there was no work that really needed to be done and, well, that was that. We shook hands and they left. Full transparency and honesty, which I really really appreciate! We hired a company to come out to clean our dryer vent last year and they were in and out in 15 minutes and accomplished nothing. They spent an hour here aggressively fixing and cleaning the vent. My experience with Southern Air Duct Cleaning was great. Birds had conveniently built their nest in our laundry duct, causing a complete block. Scheduling an appointment was quick and my technician, Mario, was even able to come out a day early. He got right to business examining the outside of my house before coming in to work on the duct in my laundry room. He was quick and efficient and the whole process was done before I knew it. I ended up having to get the deep clean, thanks to the nest, but I knew the price beforehand so it wasn’t a shock. They arrived on time, were very professional in how they did their work, they did not try to upsell me on work I did not need, they finished up on time & cleaned up after themselves.
