The technician Mario was indeed professional and a very nice man. He explained and showed me exactly what he was going to do before preforming. I was very pleased.
I am very happy that I called Southern Air Duct Cleaning. Mario was quick to respond to my request for a free estimate. I knew the air ducts in our home needed cleaning, but I was shocked to find out what terrible condition they were in. Our ducts were full of mold that we had been living with for years. On the day of service, he and his crew arrived early and worked for several hours until all the mold was removed. They were very careful to protect the carpets and anything else that was in the way of the cleaning debris. They also cleaned up after completing the job. I highly recommend that you call Southern Air Duct Cleaning for a free estimate in case you suspect that your ducts need a cleaning. I wished I had called years ago.
Mario was a God sent to our family. We recently purchased our home only to find the vents was infested with mold (which both my daughter and I are allergic). My experience with Southern Air Duct Cleaning was great. Birds had conveniently built their nest in our laundry duct, causing a complete block. Scheduling an appointment was quick and my technician, Mario, was even able to come out a day early. He got right to business examining the outside of my house before coming in to work on the duct in my laundry room. He was quick and efficient and the whole process was done before I knew it. I ended up having to get the deep clean, thanks to the nest, but I knew the price beforehand so it wasn’t a shock. He even added a simple cage over the outside duct opening in order to keep future birds out. I will definitely go to them again for yearly maintenance. Thank you, Mario for the great work.

Out of the 4 companies I requested quotes from, Southern was the least expensive while providing the most services. They arrived on time, were very professional in how they did their work, they did not try to upsell me on work I did not need, they finished up on time & cleaned up after themselves. They took care when moving my furniture around while covering up what couldn't be moved. Was very pleased with their service & would highly recommend them to friends in the future.
